Description

• The Sales and CRM Strategist will report to the Director of Sales and CRM. • Building and executing high-performance sales and sales ops strategies based on client requirements. • Driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets by identifying and engaging potential customers. • Informing clients on prospecting new leads and nurturing existing client relationships. • Collaborating with other client departments and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales strategy and sales operations. • Proven experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and a deep understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem. • Experience with additional CRMs (Salesforce). • Experience in setting and achieving annual and quarterly goals for clients. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive and productive team spirit without sacrificing client goals and adhering to SmartBug values. • Strong interpersonal skills.
