β€’ Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility. β€’ Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards. β€’ Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately. β€’ Makes routine & non-routine decisions, applying limited but increasingly more discretion within role except for matters of significance which affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures & guidelines. β€’ Determines eligibility and confirms effective dates for benefit elections based on contractual guidelines. β€’ Leverages critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and modify member level records across multiple products, applications, platforms. β€’ Maintains accurate member records by verifying dates, names, salary figures, and other information provided by groups. β€’ Applies policy provisions for effective dates, evidence of insurability and other pertinent information to determine necessary changes. β€’ Considerate of what the customer will experience in all actions. β€’ Recognizes what needs to be done to meet customer needs and demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness on system work independently.

Requirements

β€’ High School or GED (Minimum Required) β€’ No prior experience required β€’ Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work, accuracy and attention to detail without loss to productivity. β€’ Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical or hazardous situations. β€’ Ability to work with others in a team environment. β€’ Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a collaborative style. β€’ Demonstrates organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail. β€’ Demonstrates solid relationship management skills with internal and/or clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.). β€’ Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information. β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). β€’ Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
