Description

• Developing relationships with customers, answering their questions via e-mail, phone and helpdesk application • Communicating requests which comes through customers to the relevant departments • Providing the first point of contact for all client inquiries, support requests, and issue resolution • Becoming an expert in all products and take advantage of opportunities for continuous learning • Providing ideas, suggestions to promote process and quality improvements • Provide application support for our products

Requirements

• University degree in a related field (Preferably Computer Programs, Mathematics, Electrical, and Electronics or Computer Engineering) • Min. 5 years of working experience • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills • Ability to learn quickly and think creatively • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment • Strong analytical, problem solving and customer support skills required • Basic database and SQL knowledge • Basic HTML knowledge • Good command of both written and spoken English • Experience in the digital and marketing tech environment is preferable • Willingness to work shifts and occasionally work weekends
