Requirements

• 5+ years design experience, with strong information design and visual design skill, including color, typography, and hierarchy • Passion for productivity software • Experience facilitating activities to gather insights on user needs and goals • Experience facilitating workshops to align internal teams • Experience in designing interactions accounting for customer needs, emotions, and scalability • Experience proactively seeking and handling feedback well from a larger group of designers, product managers and engineering leaders • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to clearly articulate a problem, a hypothesis, concepts explored, and recommendation with convincing rationale • Expert in Figma for prototyping, wireframing and high fidelity visual design specification • Degree in Design (Interaction, Product, Communication, HCD, or related) or equivalent experience
