Description

• The Education Sales Consultant is the primary business development salesperson for the k-12 education market based in Mexico. • The ESC works with Government and Institutions key decision makers to introduce SMART solutions through the adoption of our products. • ESC will be responsible for creating a territory plan that identifies priority countries/regions and strategies in order to hit a specific territory revenue target. • ESC will build and maintain sustainable relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the LATAM Education Sector. • ESC will identify new funding opportunities and introduce SMART to these new contacts. • Responsible for organizing and hosting key events and representing SMART at relevant events/conferences. • Develop programs to drive the creation of local content available for SLS.

Requirements

• Degree in business, education, marketing or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in education or sales for a fast-paced, technology-driven business. • Ideal experience as former educator, experience in working with educators. • Strong presentation skills. • Proven aptitude for developing relationships with key decision-makers. • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems. • Ability to self-motivate. • Good time-management, record-keeping and planning skills. • Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus. • A valid passport, or no impediment to obtaining one or issues travelling into LATAM.
