📋 Description
• Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards • Conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design • Building AUTOMATED reports and dashboards with Power BI • Monitoring performance and quality control plans • Creating interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports • Implementing data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies • Providing training and support to end-users on Power BI
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role in a BPO environment • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation • Knowledge of data visualization best practices • Experience in data modeling and designing scalable data architectures • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Fluent in English • Good report writing and presenting skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
