📋 Description
• Responsible for execution of SMBC MANUBANK’s Fair Lending program. • Conduct the annual Fair Lending Risk Assessment. • Advise business partners on fair lending risks. • Conduct periodic monitoring activities such as fair lending regression analyses.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in banking and compliance functions. • 10+ years of experience with regulatory compliance in a banking environment. • Experience with fair lending laws and regulations including Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Fair Housing Act. • Excellent analytical and research skills. • High level of professionalism. • Proven ability to apply related laws to business practices and identify and assess compliance risk. • Ability to communicate with all levels of management. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
