Description

• Insights Analyst is a critical member of the team who will have the opportunity to build great client relationships, gain research and consulting skills, and make a real impact on the customer experience for big-name brands around the world. • This role plays an important part in customer retention and service tier upsell programs.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience • Bachelor’s degree • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel + PowerPoint) • Ability to produce high quality work free from errors and inaccuracies • Strong problem-solving skills • Experience working with large data reports • Experience programming surveys in a platform such as CMIX (ideal), Survey Monkey or Qualtrics • Experience with PowerBI (ideally) or a similar BI tool • Experience with a consulting firm, market research company, or other service-based organization is a definite plus
