• The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for driving sales to expand our business by leveraging agency partnerships. • This is a senior-level, individual contributor role and is ideal for someone who is eager to utilize their existing skills and experience to establish a successful partner (channel sales) program from the ground up. • We are looking for a team member who excels in day-to-day activities such as building and maintaining agency partnerships, while also possessing the ability to strategize for the future. • If you are passionate about partner management and have the knack for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through partnership collaborations, then this role is perfect for you.
• Experience in partnership development & management, channel sales, with a strong focus on agency partnerships in the eCommerce industry. • Proven ability to develop and execute successful partnerships with agencies. • Successful sales experience with eCommerce and/or SaaS products. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at Smile & at agencies. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and leveraging opportunities. • Self-motivated and results-oriented. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong network within the SaaS or tech industry, with existing agency relationships preferred. • Experience in partnership management, with a strong focus on agency partnerships within the SaaS and/or eCommerce industry.
