Description

• Managing and optimizing the Microsoft 365 suite and SharePoint environments within an organization. • User and License Management: Add, modify, and remove users; assign licenses and manage user roles and permissions. • Implement security policies, manage data protection, and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. • Monitor the health of M365 services, address issues, and communicate outages or maintenance to users. • Create and manage SharePoint sites, including team sites, communication sites, and hub sites. • Control access to SharePoint sites and content, ensuring users have appropriate permissions. • Oversee content organization, versioning, and archival policies. • Customize SharePoint sites using web parts, themes, and workflows; work with developers to create custom solutions. • Ensure smooth integration between M365/SharePoint and other systems or applications used by the organization. • Implement automated processes using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks. • Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to M365 and SharePoint. • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users; create and maintain documentation for administrative processes. • Establish and enforce policies for M365 and SharePoint usage, including governance frameworks and best practices. • Plan for future growth by assessing and managing resource needs, including storage and performance. • Generate and analyze reports on user activity, storage usage, and service health to inform decision-making. • Monitor and optimize the performance of M365 and SharePoint environments.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science. • A deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) and SharePoint (both on-premises and online). • Experience with PowerShell: Ability to use PowerShell for automating administrative tasks and managing configurations. • Familiarity with security protocols, data protection regulations (such as GDPR), and best practices for safeguarding organizational data. • Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues and user problems effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, write documentation, and provide training. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring efficient administration and adherence to policies. • Experience with Information Architecture, Document management and Records management (Nice to Have). • Knowledge of Azure, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph, Application development using Microsoft Teams, Power Automate (Nice to Have).
