• Implement maintenance contract projects • Establish reliable service cost estimates • Track ongoing contracts and conversion rates • Negotiate and draft contracts • Manage post-warranty systems and service contracts • Communicate with clients to identify needs and adjustments • Ensure clients receive optimal value from services
🎯 Requirements
• Bac+4 minimum or equivalent experience • Significant field experience with customers • Excellent technical expertise • Strong writing skills for contracts • Very good English level (Italian a plus) • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Autonomy with a good initiative • Strategic and operational capabilities • Negotiation skills
