• Als Sachbearbeiter:in für Vertragswesen | Service Contract Manager:in erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben: • Serviceverträge Anlegen und Pflegen der Serviceverträge in SAP und ServiceMax inkl. Anlegen von Wartungsplänen • Abrechnung der Serviceverträge in SAP und deren Versand • Kontrolle und Sicherstellen der korrekten Umsatzlegung der Serviceverträge • Rechnungsstellung – Kundenaufträge/ Reparaturaufträge • Überprüfen und Abrechnen der Kundenaufträge in SAP und ServiceMax ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Care Center • Bearbeitung Kundenfragen (intern/extern) • Beantworten von Kundenfragen zu Rechnungen und Serviceverträgen • Unterstützung div. Stakeholder bei Fragen zu Serviceverträgen
🎯 Requirements
• Eine min. 3-jahrige kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau abgeschlossen. • 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung wären wünschenswert. • Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP wären wünschenswert. • mind. Englisch B2
