• Delivers a consumer experience that drives positive advertisement for Moen • Manages inbound calls from consumers to resolve product and technical support issues • Efficient use of technology to assist consumer with product identification and technical support • Negotiates solutions in challenging consumer situations • Maintains professional composure during interactions • Achieves daily metrics in call quality and productivity standards • Records consumer demographics and troubleshooting efforts • Performs other duties and/or special assignments as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook • SAP knowledge is an asset • Good interpersonal communication skills • English/French bi-lingual capabilities are an asset • Ability to thrive in a work environment that mandates low mobility and high observation • Ability to maintain a positive approach and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork • Must be able to work a flexible schedule sharing in all rotations
