Description

• Senior developers (8-11 years). • Looking for a Software Engineer to advance financial inclusion and digital transformation. • Implement new functionality, architect the system, squash bugs, maintain code health. • Involved in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting systems. • Help translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions. • Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment. • Mentor other engineers, support technological culture, and help grow the team. • Write, test, and deploy efficient, scalable code to production that impacts millions. • Communicate with project leads, product managers, and other developers. • Participate in code and design reviews. • Become domain experts on aspects of the payment processing industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. • 4+ years of programming experience in Python. • Hands-on experience with self-testing code (unit tests) and building systems. • Emerging ability to lead and influence a team's technical direction. • Hands-on experience with database and cloud technologies. • Emerging ability to design resilient software components within a distributed system.
