Description

• To effectively carry out servicing and inspections of machinery ensuring exceptional service to customers. • Carry out maintenance servicing and inspections on Volvo construction equipment, submitting reports in a timely manner. • Ensure work is high standard and delivers exceptional customer service. • Complete inspections and ensure all work is checked & tested with keen attention to detail. • Complete product updates and accurately complete necessary reports. • Flexibility to work overtime and honour call out requests. • Work in accordance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy construction plant. • Be able to drive and handle heavy construction machinery in a safe and efficient manner. • Be able to understand some technical literature, Inc service manuals, service bulletins and parts books. • Ability to communicate efficiently with colleagues, management and customers. • Basic computer skills and ability to use email. • High standards and attention to detail. • Conscientious in all aspects of the job. • Highly responsible, reliable, honest and trustworthy. • Hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence • Welding, fabrication and line boring experience
