📋 Description

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment process for therapy roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and facilitating job offers. • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source qualified therapy candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific needs for therapy roles. • Candidate Engagement: Establish strong relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Job Postings & Advertising: Develop and manage compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent. • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including in-depth interviews, reference checks, and credentialing reviews. • Negotiation & Offers: Present competitive offers to selected candidates, manage the offer negotiation process, and ensure smooth onboarding. • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor offerings. • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruiting processes and candidate data comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the recruitment cycle. • Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters or support staff within the recruitment team.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 5+ years of experience • Competitive, go-getter with highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing. • Self-motivated business-minded leader that thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment, with strong negotiating skills • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times • Some evening and weekend work may be needed
