📋 Description
• Unterstützen beim Aufbau und der Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsbereiche • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben • Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen und Grafiken inkl. Analysen • Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsleitung und externen Partnern • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings inkl. Protokollführung • Terminkoordination und Kontrolle, insbesondere Priorisierung der Agenda • Organisation internationaler und nationaler Reisetätigkeiten und Erstellung der Spesenabrechnungen
🎯 Requirements
• Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder Ähnliches • Sehr gute Deutsch- und sichere Englischkenntnisse • Zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise • Lust auf hohes Tempo und Leidenschaft, Dinge zu bewegen • 40 Stunden pro Woche Zeit für das Praktikum • Erste Erfahrungen in Startups, Agenturen oder Beratungen von Vorteil
