• Own the onboarding experience end-to-end for a portfolio of medium and high touch customers • Deliver high-impact onboarding sessions that help customers configure Synder for their unique setup • Act as a product expert—understand the ins and outs of Synder, even the edge cases • Build tailored onboarding plans, track progress, and ensure time-to-value is as short as possible • Identify upsell opportunities and communicate product value that aligns with business goals • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to close the loop on customer feedback • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet onboarding SLAs • Create documentation or resources to improve the customer experience and internal workflows
• 2–3 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation in a SaaS environment • English skills B2-С1, excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with complex software (bonus if related to accounting, fintech, or integrations) • Excellent learning ability—you’re curious, proactive, and love digging into technical details • Critical thinking skills—you’re not afraid to challenge assumptions and ask “why?” • High tolerance for pressure and volume—you stay calm, structured, and resourceful in busy times • Strong communication and presentation skills—you know how to make the complex sound simple • Sales mindset—you can push, overcome objections, and drive urgency without being aggressive • Experience with HubSpot is a plus • Ability to work 5 days a week, from 2 pm to 10 pm CET • Excellent listening, communication and problem-solving skills • Proactivity, initiative, and enthusiasm for personal development • Self-motivated and proactive.
