Requirements

• Have a deep passion for and understanding of the TikTok platform, the algorithm, emerging and existing trends, and what brings success for brands on the platform. • You need at least 1 years of experience working with TikTok Shop • Have a basic understanding of Ads for e-commerce brands at a high level. • Previous agency experience is ideal. • Top-notch research skills to keep you updated on TikTok trends in-depth research and get up to speed on the industry and market quickly. • Have a deep understanding of the difference between a piece of organic creative designed to get views, and a piece of UGC that needs to drive conversions. • Implement best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing. • Understands the team and business needs and be able to create KPIs. • An understanding of how to effectively feedback creators to develop and improve their UGC creative.
