📋 Description

• Your main tasks will be: UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional • Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma • Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces • Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience • Collaborate with Executives and Leaders: Engage with high-level executives to understand company needs and strategic priorities • Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders • Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior UX/UI Designer with B2C products • Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions • Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation • Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative • Expertise in conducting research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests • Experience with Figma, Trello • Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight • B2+ or higher level of English proficiency • C1+ level of Russian proficiency • Sharing our common values: trust, challenge, ownership of your ideas, and enthusiasm for constant change.
