📋 Description
• Collaborate within a dynamic team to develop custom, mobile-optimized websites. • Own the end-to-end development process of Webflow websites. • Design and develop engaging interactive features for websites. • Play a key role in website launches with a focus on user experience. • Maintain high coding standards and conduct testing for optimal UX. • Collaborate to create clear CMS documentation for clients and teams. • Communicate ideas and recommendations effectively to ensure project success. • Ensure accuracy and quality at every stage of development.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience, ideally within an agency setting. • Expertise in using the Client-First style system and building with the Webflow/Relume component system. • Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with intermediate to advanced-level proficiency. • Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration and seamless project handoff. • Experience with integrations such as Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Wized, and/or similar tools. • Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles and best practices. • Proficient in accurately tracking time using Harvest and efficiently managing multiple tasks with project management tools such as Asana. • Bonus: Proficiency with GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform), Lottie and Spline integrations for creating smooth animations and interactive elements.
