β’ Manage processes and operations related to the revenue cycle, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. β’ Oversee and optimize the CRM (HubSpot) for the sales, marketing, and analytics teams, ensuring data integrity and streamlined workflows. β’ Develop and automate documentation processes, focusing on improving the flow and efficiency of tasks like DocuSign. β’ Build and maintain a knowledge base for sales and marketing teams, housed in Notion, to centralize important information and increase internal collaboration. β’ Analyze data across multiple teams to identify insights, test hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations to drive performance.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role. β’ Solid understanding of GTM functions, including sales, marketing, and customer success, and how they interconnect. β’ Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with the ability to manage complex data and perform analysis. β’ Knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus. β’ Experience in CRM management and optimization, especially with HubSpot, and integrating it with other tools. β’ A strong understanding of the differences between sales and finance metrics and the ability to collaborate with the finance team. β’ Ability to execute strategic plans, turn them into actionable tasks, and defend the process when necessary.
