Description

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks • Interface with gaming commissions and regulators to obtain gaming licenses and manage ongoing compliance • Ensure compliance with various regulatory and compliance matters, including gaming, conflicts of interest, and anti-bribery • Monitor developments and changes to regulations to enhance the compliance program • Partner with HR on employment-related legal matters • Actively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Become a product expert and support various business groups • Provide support on various projects and day-to-day matters across the legal team

Requirements

• 1-4 years of legal experience with an in-house legal department and/or law firm; Fintech and/or gaming licensing experience is a plus • JD from an accredited law school and good standing to practice law in the U.S. • Strong ethics and integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality over sensitive compliance matters • Problem solver who is not afraid to make decisions under ambiguous circumstances with tight deadlines • Attention to detail and a bias for finding pragmatic solutions to any issues you encounter • Experience driving and tracking progress on cross-functional matters
