Description
• Lead the strategy and execution of Socure's Document Verification product • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to translate product vision into technical requirements • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact • Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering communication between stakeholders • Partner directly with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts • Establish and track KPIs to measure product success • Stay updated on industry trends and inform product strategy • Identify and proactively address product development risks • Oversee the creation and maintenance of product documentation
Requirements
• 5+ years in product management, focusing on technical products in identity verification, fraud prevention, or computer vision-based systems • Strong understanding of mobile and web SDKs, including implementation differences • Experience in developing and scaling document verification products or similar computer vision technologies • Deep understanding of OCR, image processing, and document forensics • Strong understanding of APIs, ability to write queries, extract data, analyze it, and draw insights • Familiarity with machine learning models and their applications to document verification and fraud detection • Expertise in designing products that scale for diverse document types and high transaction volumes • Proven track record of engaging with customers to understand their needs and drive product enhancements • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
