📋 Description
• Review expense reports for appropriate documentation • Keep track of all payments and expenditures • Support the processing of payroll • Ensure timely employee payroll processing • Prepare payroll journal entries for review • Perform monthly bank reconciliations • Assist with Accounts Payable process • Prepare monthly stock-based compensation entries • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties
🎯 Requirements
• 4-6 years of related accounting experience • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Accounting • Experience with accounting systems (Netsuite, Workday) • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Team player with strong work ethic • Ability to multi-task and set priorities • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
