📋 Description
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of major frontend features • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Influence the technical direction of the frontend stack • Guide and mentor junior and senior engineers • Ensure code quality and conduct code reviews • Stay current with industry trends and advocate for technology adoption • Identify and address performance bottlenecks • Work closely with UX/UI designers
🎯 Requirements
• BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • 6+ years of experience in frontend software engineering • Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend frameworks • Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns • Proven experience in developing mobile web applications • Strong knowledge of WebRTC • Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and task runners • In-depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
