• Seeking an exceptionally talented Staff Frontend Engineer • Responsible for driving the development of intuitive and high-performance user interfaces • Collaborate closely with product management, backend engineering, design, and other stakeholders • Lead frontend development and ensure features are performant, scalable, and deliver a seamless user experience • Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning • Set the standard for code quality, conducting reviews, and ensuring best practices • Stay current with industry trends and propose initiatives to modernize the frontend ecosystem • Identify and address performance bottlenecks for smooth user experience • Work closely with UX/UI designers for intuitive designs

Requirements

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • 6+ years of experience in frontend software engineering • Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux • Proven experience in developing mobile web applications • Strong knowledge of WebRTC and experience in building real-time communication applications • Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, Cypress, or similar frameworks • Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and task runners • In-depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to overcome them • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
