β’ SoftBank Robotics America is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the RevOps & Marketing organization. β’ The ideal candidate understands that automation is the next big technological shift and wants to help clients transform their businesses. β’ This role will define automation use cases that deliver client value. β’ The RevOps team focuses on making robotics commercially successful through strategic business development and customer success. β’ Responsible for evolving go-to-market and customer programs to communicate automation value. β’ Collaborate across teams to conduct customer research and build understanding of our customers. β’ Develop market intelligence to position our products effectively. β’ Engage with teams to promote product adoption and customer satisfaction. β’ Collaborate on product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers. β’ Work closely on launch plans for new features and products.
β’ 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related marketing field, with a track record of supporting impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives. β’ Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to evaluate project success, drive decision-making, and refine strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. β’ Skilled in synthesizing information from multiple sources to make informed, strategic business recommendations. β’ Experiences owning and orchestrating cross-functional projects, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills. β’ Proactive in identifying challenges, filling gaps, and optimizing processes for improved outcomes. β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive copy and delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including leadership teams. β’ Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables and final products. β’ Curious and motivated to learn, with a flexible approach to problem-solving across varied challenges. β’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently, balancing priorities to meet deadlines. β’ Nice to have but not required - SQL, Sigma, PowerBI, or other database and analysis skills; working proficiency to speak read Japanese and/or Mandarin Chinese.
