Description

• SoftBank Robotics is seeking an Sr. Manager, Enterprise Growth & GTM to join RevOps. • The ideal candidate will help clients transform business processes and teams through innovation. • Responsibilities include leading customer success for high-profile enterprise clients and analyzing data for insights. • Will support in the development of models/tools to calculate program ROI and solve customer needs. • Travel up to 20% to meet with customers and support strategic sales efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, track record of continuous education • 7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, customer success, account management, or a related role, with a focus on enterprise-level engagements. • Proven experience in program management, with a track record of building and implementing successful frameworks and processes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling stories. • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members, with a focus on presentation skills, customer engagement, and data storytelling. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
