β’ Minimum of 5 years of prior product management experience, driving and executing on strategy / 8+ years of other experience that includes marketing and / or business leadership equivalence β’ Equivalent experience, or a degree in business, marketing, or related field β’ An advanced degree is desirable β’ Experience in product management or marketing, preferably in support of professional or managed services β’ Experience designing activities that drive pipeline and revenue targets attainment β’ Strong executive communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation β’ Proven experience building trust with, and influencing, business executives β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously β’ Experience with lean, agile, and design thinking β’ Ability to conduct and gather market research that uncovers customers unmet needs β’ Experiencing leading workshops, groups, and building consensus β’ Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiating skills β’ Relentless customer focus β’ Enjoyment from working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. β’ A passion for enabling others. β’ Pragmatic Marketing certification rewarded. β’ Up to 10% travel may be required.
