• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. • Proactively source and grow the candidate pool using LinkedIn, niche job boards, and various other channels. • Research and identify new, creative sourcing methods to attract top talent. • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs. • Conduct HR interviews, assessing candidates' skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. • Foster strong, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted partner throughout the recruitment journey.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or technical fields. • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Understanding of the IT industry and familiarity with technical terminology. • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team. • Responsible, hard-working person with good problem-solving skills. • Proactive position, and excellent team player. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build good relationships with people. • Strong time management skills.
