• Milliorize provides end-to-end platforms and services for the iGaming industry. • Focus on delivering Social Casinos with superior player experiences using gamification, customization, and cutting-edge tech. • Seeking a results-driven Senior Retention Manager to lead impactful customer retention strategies.
Requirements
• Proven experience 4+ years in iGaming, B2C casino in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM management. • Expertise in multi-channel campaign management (Email, WhatsApp, Web Push, Telegram). • Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs like churn rate, retention rate, and LTV. • Proficiency with tools like Tableau, Mailgun, Bird, Mailchimp, Stripo, Google Postmaster, Google Analytics, Mxtoolbox, and custom CRMs. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and automation tools. • Strong technical understanding of DNS configurations (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) and domain reputation management. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to lead initiatives independently and deliver visible results.
