In this role, you will work closely with various clients to understand their business needs, translate those into Salesforce solutions, and guide the implementation of best practices across different industries. You will also help identify and manage any system deficiencies directly with our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in consulting environments, balancing multiple projects, and providing expert recommendations on Salesforce configurations and strategies.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation. • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States. • Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years. • Bachelor’s degree • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a consulting or professional services environment. • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Admin certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) is required. Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) are a plus. • Consulting Skills: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration capabilities, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, permission sets, and security models. • Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Jira), and managing multiple client projects concurrently. • Industry Knowledge: Ability to quickly understand client industry requirements and how Salesforce can be tailored to meet their unique needs. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to present ideas to both clients and internal teams. • Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience in analyzing business processes, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. • Data Management: Understanding of data management, migration strategies, and integration with other business systems. • Experience with working in agile teams. • Experience working in agile environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack. • Strong written & verbal communication.
