Description

• Establish and nurture long-term solid relationships with clients and key people on the client’s side • Understand client business specifics and how it operates • Identify potential issues and propose solutions • Create the client’s development plan and strategy • Responsible for general client satisfaction and growth • Resolve ongoing issues and problems • Forecast and track key projects metrics

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and verbal • Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the significant processes function • 2+ years in account management and/or customer success management • Knowledge of the sports and betting industry • Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients.
