• Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing CRM strategies • Implementing customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives • Providing personalized support and addressing customer inquiries or complaints • Creating email campaigns that comply with the best current email practices in the industry • Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making improvement recommendations • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted retention campaigns • Monitoring customer metrics and KPIs to track retention rates and identify areas for improvement • Identifying and addressing customer churn risks

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in marketing • Knowledge of Customer.io is a must • Fluency in English (B2+) • Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues • Customer-first mindset • Attention to detail • Analytical and strategic thinking skills • Experience in gambling
