• Manages TD projects (Career paths, Competency models, Mentorship program, LMS implementation) • Provides coaching and consulting for Managers • Provides reporting and analytics related to projects • Supports and optimizes TD processes in the Company • Ensures automatization of processes • Participates in cross-team projects to bring TD perspective to them
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Talent Development/Learning&Development from 3 years; • preferred experience in IT sector/igaming/gamedev; • previous experience in other HR roles is a plus; • experience with project management from 3 years; • University degree • Leadership to lead project teams of high-level professionals • Effective communication • Fluent English and Russian (C1, written and verbal)
