• Our client is a cutting-edge clinical software startup, revolutionizing the world of clinical trials • They are on a mission to transform the clinical trial industry • We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Tech Lead with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React • Lead a development team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, define product requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web applications • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React, with a strong understanding of modern web application architecture • Experience with AWS, Terraform, or similar cloud technologies • Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills • Nice to have: Experience in the clinical trials, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies • Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies such as model training and LLMs
