Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with React and modern JavaScript • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical implementation • Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementation • Proven track record of building responsive, performant web experiences • Experience with frontend build tools and modern development workflows • Strong eye for design detail and implementation precision • Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks (Nice to have) • Knowledge of A/B testing implementation (Nice to have) • Familiarity with Google Analytics and tag management (Nice to have) • Experience with animation and interactive content creation (Nice to have) • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (Nice to have)
