📋 Description
• Responsible for the overall post-sales success of a customer • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in networking, messaging, and middleware technologies • Develop scripts to compare configurations or automate routine tasks • Assist customers in monitoring and managing deployed Solace products • Travel occasionally based on customer needs • Develop best practices documents for customers • Exceptional documentation and communication skills • Work autonomously and with minimal direction
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar • 5+ years of experience in application development, integration, or system Messaging Middleware • Understanding of the application middleware space • Knowledge of messaging products such as IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS/RV/BW, and/or Open Source messaging • Understanding of SOA and JMS • Working knowledge of MQTT, AMQP, REST, and/or JavaScript • Experience troubleshooting technical issues • Experience developing, integrating, and troubleshooting Java and/or C/C++/C# code • Working experience with Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, PaaS platforms • Good knowledge of network layers and topologies
