• Representing as a world player in B2B food safety consulting business • Commercial lead responsible for driving profitable growth • Working with national and international customers, preparing proposals, and managing selling process • Developing business in Benelux (and Nordics), owning financial targets and results • Collaborating closely with sales leads, key accounts- and sector leads • Developing and building commercial structure of organization • Ensuring projects are completed according to agreements with customers • Following up preparation schedules and ensuring quality and efficiency • Guaranteeing projects are delivered within scope for profitability in collaboration with country manager • Preparing annual AOPs and forecasts and coordinating deployment
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Safety, Food Innovation or food related field is a must • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Food safety and Operation management • Understanding of the technical side of food safety is crucial • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Commercial and a natural leader / people manager • Experience in managing professionals is a plus • Experience in sales is a plus • Fluency in English and Dutch
