• We are seeking a skilled, value driven & successful sales hunter to join our successful & dynamic sales team. • In this role you will be responsible for expanding our HPI/CPI market penetration for the Nordics Region in the Water Treatment Industry. • You will specifically be identifying new customers and opportunities within the region and growing business while reinforcing Solenis brand. • You will have the chance to lead the creation and implementation of sales initiatives aligned with the Corporate Accounts team growth strategy to expand our market share in HPI/CPI. • You will also have the chance to drive new product introductions as a key component to the new customer acquisition strategy. • Your strength in developing and fostering relationships with key executives and strategic customers is vital.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in technical sales or business development. • Specific & relevant experience in Industrial Water Treatment industry and CPI/HPI markets. • You will ideally come from a background of working in: chemical producing plants, refineries or direct sales into these markets. • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Water Engineering, Biochemistry, Engineering or equivalent industry experience. • Scandinavian, fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken. • Strong interest in sales and the business, a strong inner drive and will to develop the business. • Relation builder, with both internal and external Stakeholders & Comfortable connecting with various business unit functions at different levels. • Strong communication skills and Customer focus; with an ability to understand customer needs, whilst tailoring solutions that meets customer expectations and targets. • Proactive attitude and attention to detail. • A valid driver’s license, since 50-60% of your initial time will be spent in the Field visiting customers, while being home based the rest of your working time.
