📋 Description
• Problem-solving for customers in coordination with the sales team • Conduct complex tests for product positioning and/or application optimization • Point of contact for our cleaning optimization services for internal parties and customers • Conducting, evaluating and interpreting product practical tests • Handling technical customer inquiries related to product applications and the cleaning process • Supporting technical optimizations of systems and processes in collaboration with Technical Customer Service & Engineering • Participation in regular service activities and maintaining contact with major customers • Microbiological sampling • Optimizing products and applications and identifying TCO measures • Conducting process trials for product changes at customer production sites • Occasional conduction of specific technical training for colleagues and customers
🎯 Requirements
• Completed studies as an engineer (m/f/d; FH), alternatively completed training in food technology or chemistry or a related field • Very good knowledge of the food industry and a pronounced chemical/technical understanding and ideally know-how in the field of cleaning and hygiene • Sound technical background as well as knowledge of production processes in various sectors of food and beverage production (with a special focus on the dairy industry) • Social competence and skill in dealing with customers • Willingness to travel
