Description

• Conduct food safety audits in retail grocery and food service establishments • Train other auditors for onboarding and calibration activities • Create client audit standards manuals • Suggest corrective actions with site level personnel • Develop and edit client audit standards manuals • Produce LMS modules for auditor training

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience • Certified Professional – Food Safety (CP-FS) credential from NEHA (or ability to gain within 6 months) • Valid US driver’s license • Ability to travel within the US with overnight travel • Excellent time management, communication, and professional demeanor • Registered Sanitarian or equivalent • Bachelor’s degrees in relevant subjects • 5+ years in conducting 3rd party food safety audits for retail and foodservice locations • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
