πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide account management, product sales, as well as marketing support within the assigned territory and/or account responsibility for the Pool Solutions group. β€’ Responsible for territory account development, sales and support with Solenis' pool and spa customers as well as support with distribution customers. β€’ Provide analysis of sales results to customers as well as Solenis management to develop solutions that will grow sales within current customer base and new customers. β€’ Support retail customers by providing regular sales visits, training, and support to achieve sales objectives. β€’ Maintain accurate and timely call reports utilizing Salesforce.com (SFDC) and report back to management with key information acquired during sales visits. β€’ Recommend and provide marketing/product support as needed to the customer such as promotional material, store displays and advertising support. β€’ Utilize MS Office, Tableau and other sales software programs to create presentations, track market conditions and provide customer support and sales data. β€’ Attend and participate in local and/or national trade shows, local association groups, and internal/external meetings to learn and promote the Solenis product line. β€’ Comply with Corporate, Group and Location policies & procedures. β€’ Additional duties as required by the Regional Sales Manager

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BS Degree in business or job-related discipline β€’ Minimum (3) years sales experience β€’ Knowledge and understanding of swimming pool and spa industry (preferred) β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Strong analysis and presentation skills β€’ Strong interpersonal skills β€’ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products β€’ Directly or indirectly reports and/or works closely with a senior sales person β€’ Travel in and around territory with approximately 40% overnight travel
