Description

• As a Senior Application Services Engineer, manage global support for products and applications. • Work with development teams to consolidate caching systems & message brokers. • Ensure robust application layers and system reliability across 450 products. • Provide L3 support for critical customer-facing applications with quick troubleshooting. • Support Windows/Linux, multi-tier web applications, middleware, and networking technologies. • Build automation suites for application deployment and configure middleware applications. • Set up monitoring and resolve alerts quickly using NewRelic. • Enhance architecture and centralize logging in production environments using Graylog. • Automate repetitive tasks to reduce outages and drive quick results. • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, and networking knowledge is required. • Drive own work using Atlassian stack.

Requirements

• Data-Driven & Communication: Strong communication skills to hold technical conversations in English. • Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills for troubleshooting and mentoring team members. • Application Services and Infrastructure: Capable of navigating IT infrastructure with previous experience. • Installation and Configuration of Software: Proficiency in Windows and Linux, adept at multiple protocols/tools. • Monitoring Experience: Experience in setting up proactive monitoring systems to prevent outages. • Understanding of Application SDLC and On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for diagnosing and fixing system issues. • Bonus: Knowledge of source control management and CI/CD automation processes is valued. • Intellectual Curiosity and Can-Do Attitude: Eager to contribute and provide clear-headed solutions. • Bonus Points: Hands-On experience with Message broker technology like RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.
