• Align compensation processes and programs with business objectives. • Partner with leadership and Human Resources Business Partners to develop and implement compensation solutions. • Administer compensation programs including merit and incentive plans • Review offers for internal equity and alignment with pay philosophy. • Execute annual reward cycles and maintain compensation level structures. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver compensation training.
• Bachelor’s degree required. • 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation or a related analytical field with a working knowledge of compensation program analysis, job evaluation techniques, market pricing, and processes. • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy and details. • Advanced Excel modeling skills: Macro knowledge is a plus. • Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills. • Ability work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects at the same time with limited guidance. • Comfortable applying judgement and discretion to unique problems. • CCP or other compensation-related designation preferred. • Workday experience preferred.
