• As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for aligning compensation processes and programs with business objectives. • This role will partner with the Head of Compensation to provide analytical expertise and business support to manage broad-based, short term, and long-term compensation programs for Solidigm’s global workforce. • Design and administer company compensation programs, practices and procedures to be externally competitive as well as internally equitable. • Collaborate with leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to develop and implement compensation solutions appropriate for their business needs and are consistent with the organization’s reward strategy. • Administer our compensation programs that include merit, promotion, short and long term incentive plans. • Successfully execute annual reward cycles as well as off cycle pay adjustments. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and/or deliver compensation content and training for Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, leaders, and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation or a related analytical field with a working knowledge of compensation program analysis, job evaluation techniques, market pricing, and processes. • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy and details. • Advanced Excel modeling skills: Macro knowledge is a plus. • Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills. • Ability work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects at the same time with limited guidance. • Comfortable applying judgement and discretion to unique problems. • CCP or other compensation-related designation preferred. • Workday experience preferred.
