• You hold a minimum of 3-5 years in an Account Executive role, ideally in Enterprise SaaS. • You enjoy travel - and have the ability to travel into UK + North Europe on occasion. • You effortlessly build relationships and trust with peers and customers, and intuitively understand people. • You are experienced and confident in communicating complex ideas clearly and are effective in your negotiation and closing skills. • You are confident and comfortable presenting to executives with the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior leadership. • You are highly motivated - Targets and goals are meant to be exceeded, not met. • You are proficient in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • You strategically hunt, nurture, and close leads through a consultative and solutions sales approach. • You can see and communicate the big picture (the value to our customers), whilst also having a command of the features and differentiation of our offering. • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive with the ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced, high-growth environment. • You can prioritize tasks effectively with limited direction.
