β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. β’ Master's degree preferred. β’ 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. β’ Strong technical background with hands-on experience in: SQL and complex stored procedures, .NET framework and C#, AWS cloud services and architecture. β’ Some experience managing offshore development teams. β’ Ability to deliver code to production regularly, including implementing features and fixing bugs. β’ Can build a scalable SaaS platform on AWS or Azure Cloud. β’ Deep understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles. β’ Experience with agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices. β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize complex systems. β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
