Description

• Providing strategic and operational financial leadership to Global Supply Chain Planning on service, cost, and cash. • Being a strong business partner in setting direction on Volumes, Inventory and Spending for Global Supply Chain. • Developing and driving end-to-end (E2E) processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting. • Ensuring consistency of operations and reporting across Global Supply Chain. • Leading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support Global Supply Chain rhythms. • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure E2E alignment and compliance in Global Supply Chain planning processes. • Analyzing planning spend and work with teams to identify and execute productivity improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher • Fifteen (15) years of experience working in finance organizations • Five (5) years of experience of financial modeling and in a Planning Support Role for global organizations • Five (5) years of finance experience within a Manufacturing industry • CPA, CMA or equivalent international certification • Five (5) years of finance experience within a healthcare industry • Leadership and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders and drive alignment on financial assumptions • Ability to lead through others and influence • Five (5) years of leadership experience managing senior level teams
