Description

• Accountable for providing tactical and strategic financial insight • Partnering with account teams and offshore partners to collect receivables • Setting aggressive but achievable budget and forecasts • Delivering accurate and insightful monthly results and key variance analysis • Lead finance team to be strategic partners • Drive effective and efficient cash collection • Develop partnership with operational leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree or certification preferred • 10-15 years’ experience building effective partnerships, driving results and building strong finance teams • 10+ years’ experience leading a Finance team • A recognized leader and manager of people • Experienced leader providing financial guidance to senior leadership • Strong financial and commercial acumen • Excellent client engagement skills with a service-minded approach • High level of energy, enthusiasm and integrity • MS Office proficient; knowledge of Workday would be a plus
