Description
• Providing strategic and operational financial leadership • Being a strong business partner • Developing and driving end-to-end (E2E) processes • Increasing visibility/analysis of the sourcing spend drivers • Actively driving cost savings for sourcing category • Ensuring weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting • Building the needed capabilities to forecast sourcing spend • Leading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes • Standardizing & automating sourcing spend reporting • Supporting Source to Pay business transformation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher • Fifteen (15) years of experience working in finance organizations • Five (5) years of experience in a Sourcing Support Role for global organizations • Five (5) years of finance experience within the Manufacturing industry • CPA, CMA or equivalent international certification (preferred) • Leadership and collaboration skills • Five (5) years of finance experience within a healthcare industry
